Disclaimer: I'm not saying that slogans actually matter, but I do think they're interesting and can create a narrative throughout the campaign.

The "Better Deal" slogans were pretty widely mocked on Twitter, but I haven't heard any better alternatives for Democrats.

The Republicans have one already - "Keep America Great" - that's unlikely to change.

Some positive ones:
"A New Hope"
"You alone can fix it"
"Congress could use a few more like you" (as part of a political participation campaign)
"Passing the torch" (From Kennedy inaugural, symbolizes old generation of Clinton-Sanders-Schumer-Pelosi making way for a new generation of Democrats)

Some negative ones:
"Sad!"
"It's the stupid, stupid!"
"Orange, tired, and unready"
"Make Bannon a one-term President!"
"You're Fired!"

Positive slogans:

"Restore the American Dream"
"Restore American Greatness"
"United we stand tall"
"Let's begin the renewal!"
"A new beginning for US"
"Turn the page"

Negative slogans:

"Make America Trump-free again"
"America can do better. Sad!"
"You're fired, stupid!"
"Repeal and replace Trump"
"Game over, God Emperor!"
"Fakers gonna fake"
"Many lines have been crossed"
"Let's start winning big league"
"A commander-in-chief. Not a twitterer-in-chief"

For the Democrats, the best slogan would be "For All." It avoids the sense that they may be prioritizing some voters over others.

Reagan in 1980 asked "Are you better off than you were four years ago?"

The Democrat should ask "Is America great again?"

For Trump, look to slogans in the past.

Trump used "Make America Great Again" and "The Silent Majority" which were both used by Reagan and Nixon respectively.

"It's Morning in America, Again" could be used by Trump but I think Reagan's version is too well known.

Right now he has "Promises Made; Promises Kept."

I don't think he'll actually go with "Keep America Great!"

This is the best one I've seen/heard so far. It's short, has distinctly American meaning, and is lofty enough.

If Trump runs again his 2020 Democratic opponent needs to ask this of the American people during closing statements of the final debate.
