How can he defeat the President and what would the map look like?



President Donald J. Trump (R-NY) / Michael R. Pence (R-IN) - 269 EVs, (48.3%)
Congressman John Delaney (D-MD) / Gov. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) - 269 EVs (49.7%)

Delaney elected President by Democratic controlled House and Pence re-elected Vice President by Senate.

I have it as a tie currently.

Assuming it's a normal election where trumps approvals aren't in the trash, I'd say Delaney wins WI, PA, and MI to win
