If you're using the old logic of "Don't pick a VP who overshadows the nominee" your choices are very limited.

Maybe an even MORE anonymous Congressman. Rick Larsen? Pete Visclosky? Richard Neal!

Obviously if Delaney were to actually win the nomination, he'd no longer be "anonymous".
