Who would want to go from Secretary of DHS to Trump's CoS?

It boggles my mind too

It seems like a step down, going from cabinet secretary to White House CoS.

Just read on Twitter that Priebus never signed a non-disclosure agreement last year during the campaign.

So is Trump going to set the record for most presidential administrative/cabinet turnover in history? We're just 6 months in and he has already replaced scores of people!

Shortest-serving National Security Advisor in history (Flynn), shortest-serving White House Chief of Staff in history (Priebus). Also shortest-serving Secretary of Homeland Security in history, but I guess that one doesn't really count, because the DHS is a historically "young" department.

What else did anyone expect (once it was demonstrated he couldn't shift gears)? He's running his administration as a reality TV show. And Trump is not inventive. When he finds a formula that works for him, he beats it to death with a stick.

Running the country like a business, right? That's why those stiffs that weren't addicted to animated pornography came out for Obama then Trump. They said they wanted a businessman that would run the country as a business. Trump made that promise and kept it. However, it was never brought up that the "business" that Trump meant was something like the McDonald's you worked at in your second semester of college (you know the one)  or Paddy's Pub if you know that place. Not Good!

I don't see why anyone would want the Chief of Staff position under trump. In reality, you are the Chief of Nothing.
The Orange-Haired Clown micro-manages everything. He removes (many) people who would normally work under you, and instead says they report directly to him. He has to approve of everything. He gets to reject all your own personal staff. He watches you take a piss, and makes sure you don't aim outside the bowl.
It's ridiculous !

You become such a Sap, that you end-up licking his shoes, and telling the Fuhrer that it's a "blessing that you've given us to serve your agenda," or some other embarrassing, kiss-ass statement. And in the end (after only 6 months) you get fired anyway, and your dignity is forever gone in the eyes of your family, friends and coworkers.

Someone on CNN apparently said that Sessions might go to DHS. Not sure how much of that is speculation, since I heard about the report secondhand, but it would certainly be an interesting way to solve the DoJ debacle.

This game of musical chairs is going to end with Ben Carson as president.
