Just assume like the primary in your state is happening now.

Likely candidates are Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, etc.

Plus
-Catholic
-Lots of money so a self funded bid is possible
-Good at winning suburban and more rural voters across class lines

Minus
-Too technocratic
-Really really boring
-Totally unknown
-So damn early
-Did I mention totally unknown???

Absolutely not, I know virtually, if not, nothing about him. Trump against...Delaney? If the Dems want a chance to beat Trump, Delaney is not the way to do it.

I've seen him in person before, and he seems pragmatic. It's just that there are better heavy-hitters out there to take on Trump. I'd have to hear more about him if I was to vote for him over a Gillibrand, Klobuchar, or Biden.

Never heard of him but I can say 100% certainty that I will vote for him in the general election if he's the nominee.

Heard of him when he picked up Roscoe Bartlett's seat. Forgot about him since until now.

I'd consider voting him over Gabbard but that's about it.

I'd consider him definitely, but I'd probably end up voting for someone else.

Over Hillary? Yes.

Over most of the other candidates? Hell no.

He's not going to get anywhere, as he's a (former) minority member of the House with no opportunity to make a first, unlike say Joaquin Castro or Tulsi Gabbard (though I'd vote for him ahead of Gabbard).

Yes, out of the candidates that could realistically run, the only ones I would pick before him are Manchin, Bullock, Biden, and Cuban. And a few other unrealistic picks too are ahead.
