Few silly questions but I REALLY WANT TO KNOW:

1. Is Trump still the oldest president to assume office or did somebody beat his record?

2. Did he run for a second term and lose or not even run

3. Is Trump still even alive? Obama? Either Bush? Carter? Bill Clinton?

4. Most importantly, did either Bush senior or Carter live to reach the age of 100 before they died or did neither make it?

If you answer these few questions, I will be on board

Yeah, real life speaking, we are kind of at the point when a realingment would happen. Seems like every sixty years or so, this country is due for one. Like even when the democrats won the south every election from 1876-1968, once you get to around 1928 you could see the movement and it gets more obvious by 1948 and 1960, 64, and most obvious with Wallace in 68. So yeah, we will probably see one soon.

So if she is the 48th president and Trump is 45, that means there is two in between. If Castro was beaten for a second term, that means that he got into office in 2032. This means there is 16 years between Trump's election and Castro's first round. Since you can't be president for more than 8 years, does this mean that Trump got elected for a second term and then the one after him got two terms and then Castro one? It would add up.

 8+8+4=20
and
2036-2016=20

So Trump does slightly better than he did in OTL and gets about .2 percent more of the popular vote. I wonder what caused this (albeit very slight) increase

The election was not as close as close as the numbers try to say it was. Trump won 31 states, 230 districts, and 86 percent of the counties. This was the closest to a true landslide in terms of geographical mass since the 80's. Yeah the popular vote may say otherwise, but the popular vote is virtually meaningless in the long run. Even if Hillary won the election, she would have only been the third person elected to win less states, a occurrence even less often than the popular vote winner losing. If Hillary won, people would be violently complaining about it for the state by state reason and the fact he won much more than her and was close to stealing another few from her. That is my long over due piece on the election

Wow, I can't believe it. You actually made me feel a little sad for Hillary. I never thought that would have been possible. Now I am curious on how Trump's grave will look

One tiny question I just thought of. I doubt it will be too much of a spoiler outside of possible shock value, but in 2020, 2024, 2028, or 2032 will we see a third party candidate actually come in and win a state outright or not?

Will Chapter 5 cover the 2020 election? A simple yes or no would be fine. Either way, I am very much looking forward to that election

2020 election? No.

2017 election? We'll see.

Alright thanks for the answer. Well I am still excited to see how chapter 5 goes down. Good luck next term

Just to be clear this next Atlas update will be right after the 2017 Women's March. If you wern't on the Atlas then I'll just make you newbies. (Consider Trump winning MN+NH as extra motivation for joining.)

Okay that's fair. I wonder how people will react to the fact that I voted Johnson in TTL

I seriously am curious how many people like or dislike Trump at the end of his 8 years, and if his reputation improves or goes down at all in those 8 years. I also wonder what democrat can lose to him a second election in a row but still win the popular vote. I know we will get these answers soon, but damn the questions are like a endless list now

Yeah that's my point. I thought it was generally assumed that any given timeline can only be edited by the creator.

My personal opinion is that collabs should not even be a thing. Remember Biden Years or Believe in America? I know those weren't Atlas, and instead on Alternate History, but jesus fuking christ

I actually don't. Were those TLs super bad?

I will just leave this here for you guys to decide if it was super bad or not

I just realized something. You said there was the Wyoming rule in 2036. You said said Trump wins two terms, both with him losing the popular vote. Is him losing the popular vote twice and winning the electoral college twice the way that the Wyoming rule was placed in?

I know you have not been on here in six months, so you will likely not see this, but I am curious on how midterms 2018 will be written in this story. I get that you don't like spoilers, but I am curious if it will just be similar to real life or different.
