In addition to those who mentioned me, I think Jake would make a cool roommate.  He mentioned once that when he had some buddies sleep over, they snuck out in the middle of the night and shot paintballs at their school, or something like that.  I think a guy like that would be a lot of fun...Smiley  I like to hang out with people who like to get into a little mischief.  Always have.

Guilty Smiley

Thanks for the mention. I didn't name you because I wanted some type of age correlation, though if you were a teenager, I'd imagine we could get along reasonably well. Thanks to Preston for the mention also.

Yes, I was suspending reality for a minute and pretending we were the same age.  We could have gotten into a lot of fun trouble together, if we were the same age....Smiley  Anyway, I mentioned you because you seem like a cool guy.  There aren't too many people here my age, so I had to suspend reality for a minute.

hmm, true, but are you a traditionalist who likes the regular, plain yellow box?

Traditionalist?  I remember when there WAS no Apple Cinammon Cheerios!  There was just Regular and Honey Nut.

Although I think for a while c. 1990 Regular was referred to as "Oat Bran Cheerios."  Because Oat Bran was supposed to be able to eliminate Heart Attacks, Cancer, Diabetes, Alzheimers, Hangovers, Bad Breath, Warts, Erectile Dysfunction, Rickets, and Hangnails.

Apple Cinnamon Cheerios is OK, but Honey Bunches of Oats or Raisin Bran is much better.

Anyone except Opebo, Flyers and Naso.

But I think KevNation(I think thats what I'm going to call him from now on) has good taste in music, films and humor so I think I could easily room with him.

Why me?

I'm afraid you'd go after my women.

EarlAW-definitely the last person I'd want to be roomates with, constant arguing, him being overtly Canadian,..

Hey, I am sure we can agree that Apple Cinammon Cheerios are part of a well balanced breakfast Smiley

hmm, true, but are you a traditionalist who likes the regular, plain yellow box?  I guess if we don't get in too many nature v. nurture debates (and you don't try voting me off the breakfast table like you did YaBB God survivor), then I'd be okay.

Just remember Earl, Breakfast is between a Milk and a Cereal.  We must protect the sanctity of breakfast Cheesy

Yes, breakfast the most important meal of the day!

I always kid around with Flyers and many people make many similar statements towards me. It was just a joke.

Though it was against me, I have to give you props for that one.  Funny Andrew, I am nowhere near what you think with women.  I hate it when guys try to hit on other people's girlfriends.

supersoulty-  Opposite of Nation.  Could be easier on some things, harder on others.  If I need to study or just quiet he'd be perfect.  If I wanna party, could be tough.  Overall: B

Wow, you don't know me at all, I guess.  True, I am quite most of the time, but once I go out to a party, I'm ripping to place to Hell.  And I listen to lots of loud music.

This just a list of the people I think I would most want to live with, not the only people I would want to live with:

Nation
Flyers
BRTD (yes, I'm serious)
Al
Phil (maybe, he might be a bit high strung for me)
Texasgurl (but only if we could be a little more than roommates Wink )
PBrunsel
King
Harry
WMS (but we might acctually be too similar to live together)
John Ford (see WMS)
Gabu (see John Ford)

I'm sure I am forgetting people.

As a roommate you will first of all have to know the following things about me:

I'm not obsessive about tidiness or anything, but I would require that I can see most of the floor in the communal living spaces. I must not be awoken in the morning, or else you will receive an uncensored, unrestrained piece of my mind. I stay up late, and though I am usually quiet, I will often have friends over to the small hours drinking. I eat at bizarre times of day, though I doubt that would bother those around my age.

I could not live with a conservative religious. Whilst I tolerate the lot of you, I would actually feed you to lions if I lived with you for a period of time. I am usually fine with the liberal religiouses.

Non-smokers only please. Pets acceptable as long as they aren't reptilian. I will tolerate drug use, though I won't engage in it. I can be quite quiet at times, especially when working, but I am mostly flexible about parties and stuff like that.

Beyond that, somebody close in age is preferrable. Clay and Immy would be fun for obvious reasons. I would like to live with JFK as we are pretty much from the same clique of British society, so we should get along. Philip would be amusing to live with and I would probably quite enjoy it. I could probably live with Harry provided he doesn't moan too much. I dont know whether nini meets my above criteria, but since he will live with me, i would probably live with him.

Heh, could be, Super. I prefer my home to be my nice quiet haven. I go elsewhere to be loud. Smiley Interesting quartet you've assembled. Cheesy

It's ashame we have to make these comments when we really don't know how people are off the forum. Oh well. I'm usually the one cracking the jokes when I hang out with my friends. I can have fun. Then again, I guess I can't blame you for seeing me in a different way.

Preferably, it would not be necessary for me to have a roommate.

But if I had to have one, I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke, use drugs, listen to excessively loud music, or the like. A conservative, religious roommate would probably be best, as he is most likely to fulfill these criteria.

I must not be awoken in the morning, or else you will receive an uncensored, unrestrained piece of my mind.
Hmm, I fear that this would exclude me. I tend to rise at about 6:00-6:30 AM, and may inadvertently cause another to wake up.

We're all gay, and to my knowledge neither of you smoke and probably drink.
