What was the "trial of the century"?

I got the list of the above cases from Wikipedia's page for "Trial of the century." Now that we're 17 (or 18, depending how you measure it) years out from the 20th century, what do you think in retrospect is the true "Trial of the Century"? Despite their obviously unique nature, I would probably go with the Nuremberg trials as the ones with the overall greatest long-term impact on history and law.

weird that the Rosenberg trial isn't known as one of the "trials of the century".  I'm leaning towards the Scopes trial.

Eichmann 'cause muh Hannah Arendt. Second preference goes toward Hiss 'cause mug Richard Nixon. In real life, I'd say Nuremberg.

Nuremberg was an extremely important moment in world history. I'd probably put the Eichmann trial, followed by the Scopes trial next.

The O.J. Simpson trial has been consistently in the news and on TV for nearly 70% of my life and it never seems to end, but I'd say definitely the Nuremberg trials in terms of historical importance.

The murder of Stanford White was the Trial of the Century. However, after the trial ended, people realized that just those four words were so powerful, that they kept on using it even after The Trial of the Century ended, for other trials.

As to which trial was the most significant, I have no idea.

This is the Mount Rushmore of trials of the century. But I agree that OJ was by far the biggest circus.

Charles Manson was a name we all got to know and hate very much when I was a kid in the 1970s.

Of course, there have been other "circus" trials almost just as intense, in terms of the media attention, such as Leopold and Loeb, Scopes Monkey Trial, and Sam Sheppard.
