Close to zero.

He wouldn't run in 2020 - Obama had served 3-4 years of statewide elected office, Jealous would have only served 1-2.

If he runs for president, it's going to be in 2024 or 2028.

Not likely. I have doubts about him winning the gubernatorial primary, since Maryland has a long history of preferring establishment Democrats.

He might get on the ticket as the running mate for a Brown, Warren or Biden, but he won't be the nominee.
