Even although many of us who do not subscribe to Evangelical Christian teachings, still have many friends, close family members. and neighbors that do believe in some of the more literal interpretations of the Old Texts, such as you do.

That being said, you are one of the better "out" Evangelical Posters on Atlas on both quality and content, and quite frankly tend towards a view of Christianity more akin to that of my younger Brother and Sister, than that of my Dad on substantive issues relevant to modern American politics.

My Sisters Husbands adult Brother Son (Phil's Son) is "Trans", met him at a family reunion for the first time in Years....

Trans Rights are Human Rights, and the struggle in North Carolina against the "Bathroom Laws" created a movement, about the basic rights of Justice and Equality, and you have tons of comrades that are straight, gay, lesbian, and bisexual that are 100% behind you after a difficult transition in a rough neighborhood for the fright for freedom and equality.
