I believe it will be up once we know all the nominees for 2018.

He seems to be behind this year (and maybe exceptionally busy). The 2015 and 2013 predictions were opened in February '15 and March '13, respectively.
Who knows. Maybe by the end of summer? :P

They'll probably be opened on November 6th.
