Land of Republican Governors and LeBron, I guess.

Nancy Hollister served for ten days between Voinovich's resignation and Taft's inauguration. Due to her brief tenure, I did not include her.

I don't see what else he'd have to do to be better than the other three?

Taft's by far the worse due to CoinGate -- even if he's okay as a person -- and while I'm tempted to vote Voinovich for best due to his time in the Senate, I don't remember his governance. So Strickland. I'd like Kasich more if he didn't have to kowtow to the legislature full of arch-conservatives.

Voinovich was one of the few politicians in recent memory with a genuinely successful tenure running Ohio. He was continually reelected by gigantic margins for every office he ran for. He's the clear and obvious answer for best governor.

Taft is the runaway choice for worst. I mean, his approval rating was <10% by the time he left office.

Strickland is a progressive blowhard, but didn't do much of anything for better or for worse.

Kasich has gone full circle from polarizing right winger to consensus favorite son to polarizing media golden boy chasing after cameras the way lawyers chase ambulances. Salt his selection to taste.

Strickland=FF and underrated gubernatorial tenure, but Voinovich seems to have been more successful and he had a good tenure in the Senate. So him. Taft is clearly the worst.
