I'd say:
-Bosse-types who thought Roys/Vinehout should have gotten the nomination.
-Suburbanites in Hudson, Racine, etc. who are OK with incumbents.

Who else?

Still not expecting 1/10 voters to fit this bill, but I could see Tammy running up the score with GOP women in WOW compared to Tony.

I could understand it if at least one of them was moderate.

I've been canvassing across the state and have yet to meet a Walker-Baldwin voter. I'd really love to meet one!

Just because it doesn’t make sense to us political junkies doesn’t mean that they don’t exist. There are "swing voters" in my state supporting both Jon Tester and Greg Gianforte, lol.

I suspect they live in the driftless area. They previously voted for Baldwin in 2012 and Walker/Trump in 2014/16.

Being a Tester/Gianforte voter makes perfect sense if you're a #populist Purple heart though. Smiley

Someone completely devoid of principles. Or someone who’s a democrat but has a personal reason to hate Tony Evers.
