That's because "Christian" countries are not ruled by Jerry Falwell or Fred Phelps. If they were ruled by Christian fanatics, they'd be just as bad.
That comparison of yours is disgusting. In absolutely no way is Falwell the equal to the madrassah-brainwashed Taliban or to the Shia terrorists in Lebanon and Syria.
