Of course, most Middle Eastern porn, meager as it is, is actually produced by the Christian minorities in places like Lebanon, Syria, Iran, etc.

Pretty much like the Middle Eastern liquor industry. All the alcohol is produced by Christians and is distributed by Christians. Even though Muslims are not allowed to drink alcohol they often do and when they do they get it from Christians.
