Virginia Beach City (formerly Princess Anne County)
Once: 80% for Davis
Now: 59% for Bush

Houston County, Texas
Once: 74% for FDR
Now: 66% for Bush

How about any non-Southern counties, because nearly every county in the South is bound to fit this profile.

Well, I said major places, which most southern counties are not.
