Someone who always votes for incumbent Senators who aren't being seriously challenged, regardless of party. I don't really get this mindset, but it appears to exist to a large degree.
Sacrificial lambs often lack the experience needed to do the job, and it's unclear how many of them actually want it, and how many just filed because they dislike unanimous votes or felt like seeing their name on a ballot for once. This is why, while I do endorse a sacrificial lamb here and there, I generally avoid it.
