He won't do that. His brother is running for Secretary of State (or the Commonwealth), and with two Kerrys in the top three offices, people would be quick to call it a dynasty.

Actually I would prefer not because I would most definitly like a Governor Romney as the Republican Presidential candidate in 2008, Bayh would cream him.
Romney hasn't said if he is going to run for re-election.
