Tell me why Bill Clinton Policy wise was such a bad president . He passed welfare reform , cut capital gain taxes, cut spending , and supported deregulation. Heck Art Laffer voted for him . Bill Clinton is NOT Hillary who is a leftist and would be a bad president.

How are the Bushes horrible people, they are extremely nice people, and Dubya while having bad policy was an honorable man . You also have to admit HW was a good president .

Trump and it is not even close.

At least W was a decent person even if a poor president.
And even if Bill was a slimeball he did a decent job as president. So yeah Trump is the worst by far.
