okay let's take what quadrant your state fits in (political compass) and put a mirror up to the compass diagonally.  Where is your state and what state would it flip to on the other side.

I'd say for Mich. econ -3.5, soc. -1 so it would flip to possibly Colorado (econ. +3.5, soc. +1)

PA has been generally agreed to be about -2E, 2S. Opposite would probably be a state like Nevada.

I actually went ahead and took the political compass as if I were the state of NJ, and I came up with -1.63 ECON (.13 off my assumpion), and -3.54 SOC (.96 off)
