Any major changes here?

I'm sure the list is:

-Putin
-Merkel
-Kim Jong Un
-Netanyahu
-Pope Francis
-Justin Trudeau
-Raul Castro
-Erdogan
-Assad
-Theresa May
-mayyyyybeee Xi, Duterte, Sisi

This seems pretty accurate. I think there also a few wildcards: Robert Mugabe, considering how long he's been in power and how notorious his rule has been, it's likely most people know at least a couple of things about him. Dilma Rousseff was probably temporarily well-known when she was finally kicked out of office last year. And if the number of gaffes between Trump and Malcolm Turnbull continue...

You mean both Khomeini and Khamenei? I don't think average American ever knew the latter one. But he probably knew Ahmadinejad (and, maybe, Mosaddegh?).
