Turnout projections:
-Ifop: 81%
-Ipsos: 78%

Very bad news for Fillon and good for Macron and Mélenchon, isn't it? Since their base was less sure to vote.

Are there any sites that will show results/maps? I can't seem to find any.

I don't care. I'm so proud to be in the 6% who made the right choice. The 94% can go screw themselves.

Le Pen is running in 5th in Paris, lol

Are there any French people still living?

No, it's 78% morrocan, 28% Turks and 16% chinese

The sad truth is, that you're not far away from reality...

Wikipedia is your friend; the area is overwhelmingly "born in Metropolitan France": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5th_arrondissement_of_Paris#Immigration

Very little research needs to be done to discover that the area is very wealthy and overwhelmingly white.

Born in France does not mean that they are French ;-) But ok, I know that for you guys a sheep born in a chicken coop is a chicken, not a sheep...
Your racism is showing.
Shouting racism doesn't make you win the argument, sweetie.

Comparing different ethnicities of humans with different species of animals is textbook racism. Hell, Mein Kampf has a whole chapter with such comparisons.

Quick question re: results...would one be able to say that Le Pen underperformed tonight?

Depends on how you look at it. Her result was expected to be somewhere between 21,5% and 23% when we look at recent polls. If we look at a longer trend she was at 26-28% in the polls just a month ago. Nevertheless it was the best result an FN candidate ever got in a presidential election.

But imho realistically there was a terror attack just three days ago, the current socialist president is widely hated, the republican candidate's campaign was an absolute mess and three socially progressiv candidates took votes from each other. If she can't win in this situation, not even the first round, she won't ever win an election. I mean she got 4% more then last election, that's solid as it is but I guess for her and the Front National it's still an underwhelming result.

Will LePen win any departments in the 2nd round?

Maybe in the north, I'm placed her vote share was in the mid 30's.

Actually just 31%.

She got 34% in P. Calais and 35 in Aisne

Oh sorry, thought about regions not departments. It's kinda late already...

They have a pdf of results for every country now.

Thanks.

Damn. 55,92% Macron, the highest in any country on earth. Also less then 3,5% Le Pen is quite nice.

My prediction (Macron: 64,2%  - Le Pen: 35,8%) was pretty solid. Very happy with the result obviously. Mainland Europe has proven again that it is not the same as the Anglosphere - luckily.

In all of the Bretagne Le Pen won a total of 4 communes. Over 50 point lead for beautiful flawless Emmanuel in that region.

Var has 3 outstanding communes left, 50.2 Le Pen-49.8 Macron

No way that Macron is losing Toulon, he was only 8% behind her there in the first round. The on ther two are  large towns which should at least go even. Macron will take home Var.

50.85% for Macron in Var. Told you he'd bring it home.
