Yeah, he has opposed Trump, although I'm not sure what specifically he would do to oppose him in Congress.

Bingo. Disliking Trump's lack of character doesn't mean he won't back every legislative initiative the POtuS proposes.

Hopefully the good people of Utah reject this monster if he runs.
