Almost certainly Nay, unless the Freedom Caucus was offered major concessions we don't know about.  But, the defunding PP part would have made it a tough choice.

Nay. We need a real repeal-and-replace bill, not a lazy, procrastinated version of one.

Aye to keep the prospect of reform alive but Nay if this bill was returned from the Senate in something like its current form. Far too much has already been done to placate the whims of the House Anarchist Caucus.

Nay. It's crappy even from a GOP POV.

Right. The way I see it, it's essentially repealing Obamacare and "replacing" it with... Obamacare, except we're gonna spend less money on it so it's less effective.

You have more in common with the HFC than you do the Main Street Partnership.

No. While I think a full repeal of Obamacare would on the whole be a good thing, they lost me when they kept a bunch of stupid regulations but still repealed the Medicaid expansion.

My ideal would be to repeal the whole thing except keep the Medicaid expansion in place and then push tort reform and lower the cost of malpractice insurance to get smaller providers back in the game, which will increase competition and drive prices down, and then impose federal price controls on emergency services and care.

Contrary to popular belief, the cost of healthcare is driven by providers, not insurers, though insurers make a convenient scapegoat.

Nay. We need to revise ObamaCare, not replace it.
I could have sworn that you were all for repealing it about six months ago.

I have said in the past that it is a failure in certain states, and in the immediate aftermath of the election I kept an open mind about replacement given it wasn't immediately clear what would be proposed. But with repeal and delay and the AHCA being the options, it is clear that my position during Obama's 2nd term was correct - revise, but do not replace - perhaps even do the public option if it is partnered with spending cuts in other industries, so it doesn't increase the deficit.
