That's a tight gap but it's Florida and even Nelson wasn't gonna lead by anything more than that. The fact that he's already at 46% with a year to go before campaigning actually begins is pretty good

Scott has very high name recognition and is not nearly as unpopular as he was between 2011 and 2013. I'm a little bit worried but not too much.

It is still very early. Both men are capable of running good campaigns. We'll have to wait and see.

I'd argue that Scott was lucky to be against Crist. Nelson is a much better candidate.
