We can just take it back in 2018 easily.

That's not really guaranteed. If Trump's unpopularity sweeps him into office, there is also a chance it can keep him in office, at least until 2020 or 2024, depending on reelection.

I think the assertion might be that they can gerrymander him out. Not a good thing to gloat about.

It seems kind of the same to me.  The Democrat seems to be doing better than expected but many still predict the Republican to win.  The main difference is Kansas, despite being a W, was a pathetic little W that many didn't see coming.  We all knew this race would be like this with Ossoff so close to 50% and being very competitive.

Ossoff's total vote benchmark for Cobb is about 43%.

That's only precicents where 100% of the vote has been counted. Over a third of the total vote is already in.

Early votes don't count. 4% of ED votes are reporting.

It is over 30%, taking into account EV.

Why is rubio in your sig? Relative to him, even Walker is more populist. Do you consider Mccain a 'populist'?
No, I'm pretty anti-McCain.  I was really upset when he said Rand Paul was working for Putin.  He's nothing close to a populist in my opinion.

I like Walker a lot as well.  He's probably tied with Rubio as my favorite candidate for 2024.  I liked Rubio a lot, though, in the 2016 election and volunteered on his Senate campaign this past year.  Some of my beliefs don't match some of his, but I like his message, and many high-profile Republicans aren't as moderate and Trump-style populist as I would hope for.  Rubio or Walker would be fine with me

GA map is getting harding to gerrymander now the Republican already cut Athens, Columbus, and Macon in half. 8, 12, and 10 are bleeding population and ATL is becoming to Democrat for just 3 D district.

CNN is just guessing what % of overall votes are EV (and probably way underestimating). There's no good way to report a percent in when you have early voting.

True, but it's definitely much closer to 30% than 4%.

I guess Ossoff, if he wins will be the only white Democrat in the Deep South (not counting Florida). Although this isn't your old school Dixiecrat district, this is part of the ATL metro and a huge percentage of college graduates.
