Few of my friends including my sister are some reason convinced that there won't be an election in 2020.

I hate most of the GOP leadership but I'd imagine there has to be a line.

There will, but it could be a Commie-style single-slate election in which any show of rejection of the pre-selected politicians might be hazardous to your career, educational choices, and getting along with others. There will have to be some show... even North Korea has 'elections'.

Because that's what happened in 2004 after John Kerry lost and Cheney was given a 2nd term to puppeteer Dubya....oh wait.

There will be an election, but if Trump loses, I could see him trying to stay in power by claiming voter fraud. Things could get interesting.

If we can have an election in the middle of a CIVIL WAR, I think we'll have an election with Donald Trump as the incumbent.
