New EO will target gay parents with adoptive kids

It doesn't seem like its anything to worry about at the moment according to twitter, but the left needs to stay on its toes. LGBT rights could very well come under siege soon.

As happened with the "Muslim country" ban, so will any such executive order that skirts the Legislative branch and violates the Constitution go -- swatted down quickly by federal courts.

How many of these do we need? "Protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" is a part of the Oath of Office...

I certainly miss the man that Sarah Palin derided as a "Professor of Constitutional Law" as President.

We have no idea what the topic is so it could be a nothing policy change. Its Probably just a carve out for the pope. After Obama's EO the policy for federal adoption services grant eligibility is basically come one, come all unless you are a damn dirty catholic. Do you really think he's going to use his nazi hitler powers to somehow disallow gay people to adopt without any remote constitutional authority?

Adoption's largely a State matter, not a Federal one, except for overseas adoptions.  So if Trump does issue an EO that targets gays, I doubt this'll be the one.
