Booker and Warren seem to have a much better grip on where there base is than any other elected Democrat (save Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand).

JFC. If Democrats aren't willing to obstruct everything Trump tries to do, I want them out of a job by 2020.

Firstly, he lost the popular vote.

Secondly, the majority of people in America hate this man. He has a 51% disapproval rating from Gallup as of today.

Why would people hate Trump? He's a true man of the people.

This story is worth reading in full:

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2017/01/29/trump-s-border-patrol-defies-judge-u-s-senator-at-dulles-airport-at-his-first-constitutional-crisis-unfolds.html

Booker didn't just show up to give a speech at Dulles.  He attempted to intervene with CBP to get access to lawyers for the detained incoming passengers.

This is why the 2020 Dems in the Senate actually have something of a disadvantage compared to folks like Castro and O'Malley, who are out of office, and hence free to carp from the sidelines.  All of them have voted to confirm at least one of Trump's Cabinet picks, and I'm sure they'll make more compromising votes over the next three years that Dem. primary voters won't like.  OTOH, Castro, O'Malley etc. won't have a voting record to attack.  Same with Cuomo, or any other governor.

That said, I still think Warren and Booker are the nominal favorites.

Looks like Sanders wasn't at a protest. Is this a sign of him not running again?

Meanwhile, Martin O'Malley was in Iowa yesterday, and condemned the travel restrictions while standing outside a mosque.  A few seconds of the video of him doing so excerpted at the end of this news report:

Lack of international flights into Burlington, probably.

Most decent people hate people who brag about being rapists.

-Trump didn't brag about being a rapist; he was joking around. Nothing hateable here.
