Correa also called the first round as an outright victory for Moreno before late returns were more favorable to Lasso; counting votes takes a while, and according to the government website the "Conteo Rapido" has not even begun yet. Spanish news sites on the internet are also so far reporting only the exit poll results. So Moreno has not actually won yet.

Here is El Universo, indeed reporting that Moreno leads 51-49 with 93% reporting, but most of the provinces are still under 50%, which seems suspicious to say the least: http://www.eluniverso.com/resultados-elecciones-ecuador-presidente-2017

El Universo's Twitter account is showing pictures of Lasso's supporters celebrating the results of the exit polls in the streets of Quito; would be darkly amusing to say the least if he ended up losing.
