In any case, there is a staining epidemic running rampant through my laundry. I believe it is sunscreen, but given that I work outside, I do not know my alternatives. Also, I just resumed taking protein and my arms appear to have increased absurdly in regards to vascularity. I know not what to think of this.

EDIT: Two other occurrences of note. (1) The university library is doing its annual book dump, so I grabbed several dated texts on the Soviet Union; (2) my room fridge's freezer froze to the point that the lower portion of the fridge was tepid. I am in the messy process of thawing it, stashing my perishables in the fridge of a roommate who is off-country. Hopefully it thaws acceptably prior to his return.

I have just gone 24 hours straight without sleep.  Not good!

EDIT: Actually I might be off by an hour or two, but that's pretty modest considering how unhealthy my sleep habits are in general.

My sleep schedule is screwed up too right now. I can pretty easily go to bed later than the night before but it's​ hard for me to go the other way. Going home from Alaska and losing 3 hours put me off, I stayed up until 3 am the last 2 nights and slept until noon (Atlas normal, probably)

I'm hoping to adjunct at one of a few colleges near my family for a while, then maybe in a few years start a library science MS part-time, probably for something at a school or college library. I'm also planning to devote more time to creative writing than I have since 2012 or so.

Easy for someone in Massachusetts to say- everyone has AC in Tennessee

The past couple nights, I have only been able to sleep with my fan on and a t-shirt soaked in cold water from the shower draped over my body.

Not that familiar in what it takes to become an Electrician in PA, since everything varies from state-to-state, but regardless it sounds like you get a decent pay bump enjoying what you like to do....

Worked side-by-side with my buddy Ken in Texas who was clearing $90k/Yr as a Master Electrician co-managing a large Facility, and he taught me not only a lot about Texas, but also about a ton of work related stuff from electrical systems, to Life Safety Systems (LSS), and beyond.

All joking aside, I know from my own life experiences, even in recent years, driving six hours to Seattle to visit my older Sister, and trying to come up with the dough for gas money  let alone hotel costs, is a major inhibitor earning a working person's wages....

Pretty cool that you are getting a chance to see your brother after all of these years and hoping y'all have a chance to get caught up in a way that only siblings can.
