Assuming 13 switches (which I think is about right for if Cao got our support instead) then the race would've been tied 62-62.
No? Scott got the votes of Lumine/ASV/Utah Neolib/you/Sirius/Cokeland Saxton/Transit while Cao got the votes of andjey/Chips/RC/AGA so it would have been closer hadn't you guys switched, but Scott would ultimately win by 7 in the end.
