Bob Taft - Everything he touches turns to crap.

Ernie Fletcher - Various scandals.

Matt Blunt - I hear he's been avoiding doing anything controversial about economics.

Jennifer Granholm - Bad economy; economics are her weakest area.

Rick Perry - Lots of "don't like him, but I'll vote for him" Republicans.

Ted Kulongski - I live next to this state and I can't quite tell.  High unemployment, maybe.  The fact I hear little about him might be an indication of why.

John Baldacci - Middling economy, although that doesn't explain his cratering approval ratings.

Haley Barbour - Honestly, I'm not sure.  The south just doesn't like governors.

Ruth Ann Minner - Let's go with ugly.

Jim Doyle - Midwesterners love their education systems.  If a Democrat cuts it, no one will like them.
