Moderateish Conservative of a more early mid 2000s variety.

Ultra-progressive with an emphasis on wokeism, political correctness, and social / culture war issues

Given that CA recently voted against affirmative action IIRC, standard moderate California Democrat.

Yeah but LA still has an eviction moratorium, which I vigorously oppose, and they have stupid laws allowing the theft of up to $950 worth of stuff, so it’s not like I don’t have some disagreements with the state party or its local affiliates.

As for you, centre right populist?

Populist, isolationist, protectionist. America First + MAGA. Broadly speaking, economically liberal and socially conservative.

His fault is that he all-too-often compromises his liberal economic positions in supporting GOPers who will only give the rich tax breaks once in office. I'd love for him to recognise that the GOP is the party of the 1% and of the multibillionaire, and that the party for the working-class, culture wars aside, is the Democrats, hands down (they're the ones for a higher minimum wage, healthcare for more people - the GOP wants to get rid of Obamacare! - for unions, for higher taxes on the ultra-rich).
