Actually, on that list I would vote to confirm everyone except TN2024, because I'm not sure he's sane, and Richius, because of the constant logical fallacies.

As you can see, I'm fairly lenient, as long as someone's not crazy, doesn't have a legal mind or is ethically challenged.

I missed the first list, but I see that only opebo and Texasgurl would vote against confirming me.  (not that unexpected).  I'll give my opinion of the other people on the other thread, since I never did before.

Also, interesting that opebo would confirm me but not Texasgurl who is much more socially liberal than I am.
I don't know you well enough.

Obviously not, especially considering that many posters have not reached college. Clearly, CheeseWhiz was referring to an aptitude for making good, sound legal arguments.

I find it very amusing my views are compared to the extremity of the views of Richius or Bono.  I doubt I have any major extreme views.  Once again I am being painted as this social authoritarian bogeyman who wants to control your life.  You can look at my Senate record -I'm quite the social moderate.

Preston, just curious why you voted no for me.  That's the only "no" vote that surprised me.  I thought our views on things were reasonably similar.

It's not ideology -I don't know you that well anyway.  It's mainly partisanship and for some reason when I hear the name dazzleman I think ultra-partisan Republican.  Perhaps I should take a closer look.

I'm partisan, but I think ultra-partisan is probably an overstatement.  In any case, thanks for answering.
