This is data for the 19 General Elections since 1944:

Counties that have switched parties the most times from previous election:

12 Chickasaw, MS
12 Panola, MS
12 Pike, MS
12 Calhoun, SC
12 Ziebach, SC

# of Counties that have never switched parties since 1944
DEM: 26 (includes D.C.)
GOP: 259
