This has been a consistent problem since the first Congress: there is very little coordination between the Senate and House, meaning it's more or less on the shoulders of the PPT/Speaker to notice when the other has passed a bill and bring it before their own house. This is a responsibility that was supposed to fall to the VP as "President of the Congress," but me, Duke, and Yankee seem to be the only people who actually care about that particular part of the reform package. Sad
