Most Democratic in New York
1. Bronx (88-10)
2. New York (86-10)
3. Kings (79-18)
4. Queens (75-22)
5. Tompkins (67-25)

Most Republican in New York
1. Wyoming (72-22)
2. Allegany (67-26)
3. Orleans (67-27)
4. Lewis (66-27)
5. Hamilton (66-28)

Not surprised the Bronx went so Dem. Its a sh*thole. God I hate going there. At least Manhattan and Brooklyn are bearable.

So says a rich, white suburban kid who's at least a little bit racist.

Yes, because its a beautiful place to live, go check it out sometime (Riverdale,Woodlawn, other white areas) don't count. The only nice areas of the Bronx are majority white, its just a fact my man.

I'm sure Wyoming county is a lovely place.

Wyoming County looks lovely.... not so sure how well I would agree politically with some of my neighbors on the other hand.

Yeah, Wyoming County looks pretty awesome, and a lot better than the Bronx.

It is, I would rather live there, than any of the non-white areas of The Bronx. And you would to, if you ever go to The Bronx once in your life. Wink

I go to the Bronx all the time, I live in New York City. And you're not telling the truth. There's plenty of nice places to live that are less than majority-white - Belmont, for example. And you have yet to deny your racism, so...

Bumping this forward so I can provide the figures for my home state of Colorado:

Most Democratic:

1. Denver-74% D
2. Boulder-70% D
3. Pitkin-70% D
4. San Miguel-69% D
5. Costilla-61% D

Most Republican:

1. Kiowa-85% R
2. Washington-84% R
3. Cheyenne-84% R
4. Baca-81% R
5. Moffat-81% R

Colorado is certainly a starkly polarized state, with the heavily Democratic cities of Denver and Boulder, ski resorts Aspen and Telluride, and heavily Hispanic Costilla County (which has not voted Republican in 96 years, since doing so for Calvin Coolidge in 1924), versus the staunchly conservative and heavily Republican counties of the Eastern Plains (Washington, Cheyenne, Baca, Kiowa) and the far Western Range (Moffat). The last Democrat to win Washington County was Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1936, and Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964 is the last to win Kiowa, Cheyenne, Baca, and Moffat.

Most Democratic in Texas:

1. Starr (79-19)
2. Zavala (78-20)
3. Jim Hogg (77-20)
4. Maverick (76-21)
5. Brooks (75-24)

Most Republican in Texas:

1. Roberts (94-3)
2. King (94-3) (Clinton only got 5 votes here)
3. Motley (92-6)
4. Shackelford (92-7)
5. Glasscock (91-5)

Noticeable pattern here is that the most blue counties are very close to the border, while the most red counties are in rural west Texas where there's very little people.

Also despite Austin being the liberal paradise that it is, Travis County only voted 66-27 for Clinton.
