Hi this is my first post, i'm sorry for my bad english
I put the available 2012 results of this site in a calculetor page and i find a difference within the national results and the sum of states results
we have a national result:
Obama    65918507
Romney   60934407
Johnson    1275923
Stein           469015
Others         639790

My calculetor give this summing all the states results
Obama    65918506
Romney   60935107
Johnson    1275923
Stein           469015
Others        634017
