2/44 of the Presidents were a son of a previous President, which (as a crude as an estimation that may be) suggests about a 5% chance.
For Trump's children, I think he's more likely than normal to be an unpopular President (hurting the chances of his children), but he's already shown a tendency to groom his children in his footsteps (his children being key figures in his businesses), plus the whole celebrity appeal and brand name thing going on probably increases the odds further. I'll say about 10%. A non-trivial percentage of that is (sadly) Trump becoming an authoritarian quasi-dictator and him conspiring to keep the Presidency in the family.
