Taking the two together: that there are just "a few" late deciders, but that they went in large numbers to the third party, one could infer that the last poll numbers (if accurate) will be reflected in the actual results!

This looks vaguely like good news for Clinton. A lot of these have tended to be strongly predictive based of votes on previous polling. Totally throwing random numbers out there, I'd guess:

Change: 90-5 Trump
Experience: 85-10 Clinton
Judgment: 90-5 Clinton
Cares: 60-35 Clinton

Which is overall a pretty solid Clinton lead.

That would work out to a 49-43 Clinton lead if accurate (which it probably isn't but whatever)
