Who is the biggest presidential liar. Who lied more. Was it Bill "Lying Under Oath" Clinton, Richard "I am Not A Crook" Nixon, Warren "Teapot Dome" Harding, Lyndon "Vietnam Liar" Johnson, or any other of these crazy presidential liars.

LBJ. He lied about more important things. Clinton had an uneventful term and triangulated his way to moderation, so his lies didn't matter much - mostly about his silly personal life. Nixon lied a little, but was a decent president, so I forgive him.
