Likely D. A Republican wave election and a sweep of the Midwest could still land them the While House, of course this is assuming they take their 2016 autopsy report seriously.

The Florida Panhandle has 2 congressional districts, so Alabama would gain 2 and Florida would lose 2.

2016: Trump defeats Clinton



With 279 EV. This means that resources going to fight over FL go back up north into MI. If Clinton wins MI, she wins the race. Trump would've won with MI in our world, but Clinton could pull it off here....
