Wow, even Harper can't find Toomey ahead or overperforming Trump. I guess he really is done for.

Maybe it was too soon to call this Lean D. PPP also found McGinty up just 2.

You have to make a call at some point if you're a real predictor, and that means making fairly dicey calls in the final days. People who leave races at Toss-Up through election day shouldn't even bother trying to predict stuff as they aren't providing anything beyond the 'obvious' calls that a 7th grader could figure out.
