Certainly an anomalous top-line number, but perhaps only just outside the margin of error. The 15 point swing, however, is very anomalous.

Seems like "Don’t Know/Refused" was hovering around 5% and after Comey-gate, Clinton supporters refused to answer at all.

Probably explains why we have 15% "Don’t Know/Refused" now.
