You don't get to pick and choose like that. Either it's a good poll, or it isn't.

Based on that 28% number from the presidential race, my guess is that they oversampled NeverTrump Republicans leading to both Clinton and Rubio doing better than they are in reality. Or maybe it's a good poll. Who knows?
