I don't mind seeing openly pro-choice Republicans lose, so this doesn't bother me at all.

God, this attitude is infuriating.  Better have a pro-choice Democratic hack to make a point?  Jesus CHRIST.

Not everyone shares the same priorities that you do.

What, Republican majorities??  You can't win by being a rural, ideologically rigid party.  Period.

IL isn't electing a folksy evangelical Republican.  Period.  Maine isn't electing a super pro-life Republican.  You HAVE to tailor your candidates to the region.
