35% Jay Williams (D)

Rep. Noem leads by 10 over Paula Hawks.

At first I was scared and thought this said Thune +1. He should be up WAY more, he's one of the best campaigners. I'd also like to see him (or Cornyn) replace McConnell as Senate GOP leader.

I've always wondered why the Dakotas are quite friendly to Democrats at the Senate level but not so much in gubernatorial races. Usually it's the other way around.
