Was always fools' gold. There's a reason the Clinton campaign never made any investments here.

JUNK POLL! According to these numbers + the number of undecideds in the poll, Trump will do better than Romney in Georgia.

George will be too close to call, which is great news for Clinton.

Nah, after most polls.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/ga/georgia_trump_vs_clinton_vs_johnson-5968.html#polls

SUSA is reasonably trustworthy though too. I never thought she had much of a chance of getting over the hump here.

They show a margin of error race, and remember RPC doesn't add Democratic polls but loves to add Republican ones.  It's close.

I don't expect Clinton to win here, but 7, based on what we know is probably too generous.

Guys, PLEASE stop bedwetting over one flipping poll.

RCP has it at T +2.8, and 538 has it at T +3.4

lol, no bed wetting here. I'm not even really a Clinton (or Trump) supporter.

I'm simply pointing out that most of the evidence we have here is pointing to a Trump victory in this particular state. We only have a week left in this campaign. It doesn't mean he's going to win the election nor do I expect him to. It's not a state that Clinton needs to carry at all.

I think some of you are overreacting to my "overreaction". If you want to put your money on Clinton winning GA, knock yourself out.

I'm not saying clinton is going to win here, all I am saying is that it seems like it could be closer than normal.

Generally if GA is in doubt then it goes Republican.

GA is a very inelastic state. All the undecides move Republican there. there is no point in dems sinking money there before 2024

Disappointing but probably true given the weak Black turnout in early voting so far in Georgia.

Trump barely polls over 50% in this state. Romney was always above 50% after the RNC.

Yea, lets give up on winning GA or AZ or even North Carolina or Iowa. Hillary will probably lose now, the emails destroyed her.

The Republicans may even gain house and senate seats now.

Let's all just give up!

I mean, there's a reason that Clinton hasn't really contested like AZ. It was always a way to put Trump on additional defense, but it was, as many people noted a million times, quite inelastic.
