Not sure where to post this, but I've seen several people here post their own maps. Where do you get the template to make your own?

This is a pretty good map that you can edit in Microsoft Paint. You could also click here to go to a site that allows you to adjust the colors of each county if you do not have Microsoft Paint.

I use free mapping software - either MapWindow GIS or QGIS - to make my maps. I convert the percentage into a color code, and the software automatically colors in the counties.
